If you find a product offered by Marketing M.O. is not as described, your only option for remedy is to return it to us.
Beta Language: Reviews, Feedback, Comments, and other Content
Visitors may post reviews, feedback, suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, in designated areas, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious.

License and Site Access

Your Account
You will receive a password and user name upon completing the MarketingMO.com registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your login. You agree to immediately notify Marketing M.O. of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Marketing M.O. cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.
Resale of Service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any purposes, any portion of products or services, use of the products or services, or access to the products or services, unless your license specifically permits you to do so.

M.O. does not warrant that product or any of its features are secure, free from bugs, viruses, interruption, errors, or other program limitations.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, IN NO EVENT SHALL M.O. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, EVEN IF M.O. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, M.O.’s ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. Because some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states and jurisdictions, M.O.’s liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law and the limitations or exclusions of warranties and liability contained herein do not prejudice applicable statutory consumer rights of person acquiring goods otherwise than in the course of business. The disclaimer and limited liability above are fundamental to this License Agreement between M.O. and you.
